Leadec Acquires Precis Maschinen und Anlagen Service GmbH

Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired Precis Maschinen und Anlagen Service GmbH in Brandenburg an der Havel to strengthen its technical services footprint in the region. Precis provides industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, logistics and industrial cleaning services and will be integrated into Leadec's Install, Maintain and Support service clusters.
