Leadec Group (a portfolio company of Triton Fund IV) acquired Meiners Electric (Louisville, KY) and Industrial Maintenance & Services of Belton (Belton, SC) to expand its U.S. footprint and project capabilities. The acquisitions strengthen Leadec's electrical and mechanical services in key regional hubs and diversify its end-market exposure beyond automotive into sectors such as food & beverage, textiles and healthcare.
