Quad Partners will back the UK education services and teacher recruitment group to support further growth and expansion of its staffing, CPD and school-support services across the UK.

RLG Capital and Trinity Investors led a $38 million recapitalization of learning-technology company eLearning Brothers, with co-investors HCAP Partners and Eagle Marsh Holdings and senior debt provided by KeyBank. The financing enables eLearning Brothers to simultaneously acquire Trivantis and Edulence (KnowledgeLink), combining authoring tools (Lectora), VR builder (CenarioVR), an LMS (KnowledgeLink) and content/licensing into an integrated corporate learning platform.

Agilitas Backs Buyout of Learning Curve Group from MML Capital Partners

Agilitas, a pan‑European mid‑market private equity firm, has backed a management buyout of Learning Curve Group (LCG), a UK training and further‑education specialist based in Durham. The transaction follows an exit by MML Capital Partners (which realised in excess of 3x cash return); Pemberton provided financing to support Agilitas's acquisition. LCG serves over 120,000 learners and 4,500 employers each year across apprenticeships, distance learning, academies and other vocational training programmes.

Xllnc Group AB Acquires Lin Group AB (Lin Education)

Xllnc Group AB, majority owned by Norvestor, has signed an agreement to acquire Lin Group AB (operating as Lin Education). The deal is an add-on to Xllnc’s platform that expands its education-focused IT services and creates a leading Nordic provider of consultancy services for digital end-user equipment, with combined revenues of SEK 2.4 billion (2019).
