Lenox Corporation has acquired Oneida Consumer LLC, bringing the Oneida branded tabletop products — including flatware, dinnerware and cutlery — into Lenox’s portfolio. The acquisition expands Lenox’s brand portfolio and distribution reach across retail and e-commerce channels, and represents a divestiture by The Oneida Group.

Food52 Acquires Dansk from Lenox Corporation

Food52 acquired heritage housewares brand Dansk from Lenox Corporation and will assume Dansk’s sales channels to revitalize and relaunch the brand globally. Food52 said it will preserve Dansk’s iconic design heritage while reintroducing remastered classic products, archival releases, and new designs for its commerce channels.

Lenox Corporation Acquires Hampton Forge

Lenox Corporation has acquired Hampton Forge, the 30-year-old designer, wholesaler and distributor of flatware and cutlery, adding the Hampton Forge portfolio (including Hampton Forge Signature, Tomodachi, Skandia and Argent Orfèvres) to its brand lineup. The acquisition is intended to expand Lenox's product offering and retail reach in the tabletop and home entertaining market.
