Leslie Doggett Auto Group has acquired Russell & Smith's Ford and Honda dealerships, collision center, and a top-five wholesale Ford and Honda parts distribution business from the Mike Smith and Chase Smith families. The Houston-based acquisition adds over $300 million in annual revenue and a workforce of roughly 226 full-time employees plus 58 technicians, strengthening Doggett's Greater Houston footprint and expanding its automotive and parts distribution capabilities.
