Lessen, a venture-backed property services marketplace based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has acquired EPM Build, a Nashville-based single-family residence (SFR) maintenance and turnkey solutions provider. The transaction brings approximately 30 field project managers and supporting staff into Lessen to strengthen its field operations, expand market coverage, and accelerate revenue growth through Lessen's technology platform.
