Lightspeed Commerce Acquires ShopKeep

Lightspeed Commerce has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ShopKeep, a New York City–based cloud commerce and point-of-sale platform for retailers and restaurants. The deal expands Lightspeed’s product capabilities (inventory and multi-location management) and deepens its presence in the United States to better serve SMB retail and hospitality customers.
