LINC Systems (Center Rock) Acquires Active Sales Company

LINC Systems, the industrial fastener and packaging distribution platform backed by Center Rock Capital Partners, has acquired Active Sales Company, a Santa Fe Springs, California-based distributor of fasteners and packaging supplies. The add-on expands LINC's geographic footprint and product offering across pallet, furniture, cabinetry, bedding and general industrial end markets, bringing the combined platform to serve customers in 37 states.
