LINC Systems, a portfolio company of Center Rock Capital Partners, has acquired the Dealer Services business of BlackHawk Industrial Distribution. The add-on expands LINC's fastener and packing-supplies distribution footprint across lumberyards and construction dealers in the Midwest and brings Dealer Services' team into the LINC platform.
