Lincoln Property Company acquired RiverRock Real Estate Group, an Irvine-based property and asset management firm, adding more than 50 million square feet to its management portfolio. The deal expands Lincoln's third-party property management capabilities—particularly on the West Coast—and brings RiverRock founding partner John Combs into Lincoln's leadership team.
