Park Place Technologies has acquired Riverstone Technology, an Atlanta-based third-party maintenance and support provider founded in 2016. The deal expands Park Place's third-party maintenance and managed services capabilities—bringing Riverstone’s ~475-client global base, automated monitoring and managed services offerings into Park Place’s portfolio (Park Place is PE-backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners and GTCR).
