Lincoln Road Global Management and Peninsula Capital Partners partnered (via an affiliate) with Fire Equipment Company of Florida, Inc., to add the Florida-based fire protection business to the Republic Fire Protection platform. The acquisition expands Republic's regional coverage and continues the platform's roll-up strategy to provide comprehensive fire safety services across the Southeast.
