Lincoln Road Global Management and Peninsula Capital Partners have partnered (through an affiliate) to add Jacksonville-based Aegis Fire & Integrated Services to the Republic Fire Protection platform. Aegis's president, Allen Andone, will continue to run the business as the platform expands coverage across the Southeast.
