Linden Capital Partners Acquires ArtesRx From Flexpoint Ford

Flexpoint Ford exited its behavioral health pharmacy platform ArtesRx, which expanded from three pharmacies in one state to 16 pharmacies across 15 states, selling the company to Linden Capital Partners. Linden and ArtesRx’s management plan to partner on operational and clinical capabilities to further expand patient access to care for complex, underserved populations.
