Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) has completed the acquisition of Permanor AS, a Norway-based cold storage and logistics provider, including operations and properties in Haugesund and Brumunddal. The deal expands Lineage's Nordic presence, adding over 10,000 square meters of facility space (approximately 24,500 pallet positions) and strengthens its food-supply-chain capabilities and sustainability profile.

The deal closed on November 1 and expands Lineage's Midwest footprint and access to the protein corridor and intermodal export capacity via onsite rail at ColdPoint's 621,000-square-foot facility.

Lineage Logistics Acquires VersaCold Logistics Services

Lineage Logistics, LLC signed a definitive agreement to acquire VersaCold Logistics Services, a Canadian cold chain solutions provider, from TorQuest Partners and its co-investment partners IMCO and OPTrust. The acquisition was expected to close in Q3 2022, and was later announced as closed by Lineage.

Lineage Logistics Acquires Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores and Frigocare Rotterdam BV

Lineage Logistics has acquired Dutch temperature-controlled logistics providers Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores (from H&S Group) and the Rotterdam facilities of Frigocare Rotterdam BV to expand its Benelux footprint and strengthen refrigerated transport and cold‑storage capabilities in the region. The transactions add more than 250,000 cubic metres of capacity across the Netherlands (including ~30,000 pallet spaces at Van Tuyl, 48,000 tonnes capacity from H&S and 15,000 pallet positions at Frigocare) and bring additional transport capacity to Lineage's European operations.
