Lipari Foods, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Troyer Cheese, Inc., Troyer Bros. Trucking, Ltd., and Amish Wedding Foods, Inc. The add-on expands Lipari's specialty food manufacturing and distribution capabilities and extends its geographic reach across the Midwest and national grocery customers.
