Litera, a global legal technology provider, has acquired BigSquare, a cloud-based financial and business intelligence (BI) software vendor for law firms. The deal brings BigSquare's configurable financial dashboards into Litera's Firm Intelligence portfolio to expand capabilities and scale the product across Litera's global customer base.
