Liteworks Window & Door, a portfolio company of The Macallan Group, has acquired Atlanta Specialty Millwork to expand its custom millwork manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition broadens Liteworks' product offering for luxury residential and commercial projects and integrates Atlanta Specialty Millwork's craftsmanship into Liteworks' distribution and project services in the Southeast.
