Trimlite, a platform company backed by Wynnchurch Capital, acquired Harris Door & Millwork, a value-added door distributor serving customers in the Southeast. The JIAN Group advised Harris Door & Millwork in the transaction, and Harris leadership (Scotty Harris Jr. and Devon Miller) will provide continuity post-close while remaining shareholders.
