Juniper Landscaping Acquires Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc.

Juniper Landscaping, a Bregal Partners-backed commercial landscaping platform headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, has acquired Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc. (LMP), a regional landscaping maintenance provider with operations across Tampa and Sarasota. The add-on expands Juniper’s footprint to 34 branch locations across five states; LMP’s CEO Orlando Castillo will remain a co-owner and continue to lead the local branch.

Verde Equity Partners Acquires Juniper Landscape

Verde named Tom Heaviland as CEO and operating partner of the platform and said the deal is part of a vertical roll-up strategy to pursue additional commercial landscaping acquisitions across the U.S. Southwest.
