Lockeland Capital Partners Acquires Don Young Company with Financing from Source Capital

Lockeland Capital Partners has acquired Don Young Company, a 47-year-old Dallas-based manufacturer of windows and storm doors. Source Capital provided debt and equity from an affiliate SBIC fund to support the transaction and will partner with Lockeland to support DYC's next phase of growth.
