LogProstyle Inc. to Acquire I-FLATZ Corporation

LogProstyle Inc. has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of I-FLATZ Corporation, including its wholly owned subsidiary LAND-I Co., LTD. The acquisition is expected to close in September 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The deal is intended to expand LogProstyle’s real estate business from the greater Tokyo area into the Kansai region (Osaka and Kyoto).
