LoneTree Capital has made a strategic growth investment in Carson Living, a New York City–based provider of integrated access control and resident engagement software for multifamily properties. The capital and operational support will accelerate product innovation and national expansion; Mike Devine, Rhett Lambert and Peter Bozian will join Carson's board. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
