Longshore Capital Partners and its portfolio company Revco Solutions have acquired ARMC Financial Services, a denials management and healthcare revenue cycle management firm based in Oradell, New Jersey. The add-on expands Revco's service portfolio and geographic coverage by adding ARMC's denials management capabilities to Revco's existing revenue cycle offerings.
