LRS Acquires Molenhouse Enterprises and Bulldog Disposal

LRS, a Rosemont, Illinois-based waste diversion and recycling services provider, has acquired two regional waste and recycling businesses: Molenhouse Enterprises in northern Illinois and Bulldog Disposal in central Arkansas. The tuck-in acquisitions expand and densify LRS’ service footprint in core Midwest and Arkansas markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
