LTC Global, Inc. has acquired NorthCoast Brokerage Agency, Inc., a Capitas Financial partner with offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania. The deal expands LTC Global's Capitas footprint and adjacent sales territories; NorthCoast co-founder Bill Davis Jr. will continue to manage the business while co-founder Bob Oglevee is retiring.
