Lumon Acquires Abacus FX

Lumon has agreed to acquire Abacus FX, an international payments specialist with a presence in London and Portugal, to expand its corporate international payments and hedging capabilities. The deal is the sixth acquisition since Pollen Street Capital invested in Lumon in 2018 and is intended to accelerate Lumon's corporate division growth across the UK and Europe.
