Lyft has agreed to acquire Gett’s United Kingdom business, with closing expected in the coming weeks subject to customary closing conditions. The deal is intended to expand Lyft’s London ground transport coverage and nearly double rides on the Lyft platform across the capital by bringing Gett’s black cab driver network onto Lyft.

Livingbridge has invested in CitNOW Group, a UK-based provider of front-office software for automotive dealerships, in a deal that sees Tenzing exit while materially reinvesting alongside the new investor. Tenzing generated a 9.6x return on its investment and a 74% IRR; Livingbridge said the investment will accelerate CitNOW's product roll-out, acquisitive growth in the UK and Europe, and further technology development.

EasyPark Group Acquires PARK NOW Group

EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of PARK NOW Group after receiving antitrust approval, with all assets and liabilities transferred from BMW Group and Daimler Mobility AG to EasyPark Group effective June 1, 2021. The combined company will be led by EasyPark CEO Johan Birgersson and aims to scale global digital parking, EV charging and mobility services across more than 3,200 cities. The parties agreed not to disclose transaction terms.
