Boston-based private equity firm M|C Partners has made a strategic growth investment in The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) to support expansion of its HR research, advisory and subscription offerings. As part of the transaction, i4cp appointed Terry Waters as CEO; financial and legal advisors included Intrepid Investment Bankers, Cooley, and Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.
