Majesco has closed its previously announced acquisition of Vitech, a provider of cloud-native pension and benefits administration solutions. The deal expands Majesco’s Group Benefits and Pension & Retirement capabilities and strengthens its AI- and cloud-native platform for P&C and L&A(H) insurers and retirement/Pension markets.
