Mariner Acquires Forté Capital and Ultra Financial Partners

Mariner, a national financial services firm, announced it will acquire Forté Capital LLC and Ultra Financial Partners to expand its wealth planning and retirement advisory capabilities. The combined deals add approximately $1.7 billion in assets under advisement, with Forté Capital closing on Aug. 31, 2025 and Ultra Financial Partners closing on Sept. 30, 2025.
