Marucci Sports, a subsidiary of Compass Diversified (CODI), has acquired Baum Enterprises LLC (Baum Bat), a designer and manufacturer of composite wood baseball bats. The deal expands Marucci's wood-bat product lineup and bolsters its composite bat technology; terms were not disclosed.
