Marygold & Co. (UK) Acquires Step-By-Step Financial Planners Limited

Marygold & Co. (UK) Limited, a wholly owned UK subsidiary of The Marygold Companies, Inc., has acquired Step-By-Step Financial Planners Limited, a Rugeley, Staffordshire-based financial advisory firm with approximately US$33.7 million (£27 million) in assets under management. Kevin Pratt and his team will remain with the business; terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal expands Marygold's UK wealth management footprint as part of its broader fintech-enabled strategy.
