Material, a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, has acquired Srijan Technologies, a global digital engineering firm with over 600 digital and data engineers in India. The acquisition expands Material’s capabilities in digital experience, data platforms, cloud and API engineering and strengthens its global delivery footprint to better serve enterprise clients.
