MAX Solutions, a specialty packaging company founded by industry veterans, has acquired The Ellis Group, Canada’s largest family-owned folding carton company. The acquisition adds three manufacturing facilities in Ontario to MAX Solutions’ footprint and expands the company’s capabilities across healthcare, consumer and food packaging end markets.
