Birmingham-based ProxsysRx agreed to a strategic combination with Maxor National Pharmacy Services to create an expanded independent pharmacy services platform serving health systems, hospitals, clinics, and other provider organizations. The combined company positions itself as a fully integrated pharmacy solutions provider with end-to-end capabilities across specialty and retail pharmacy management, 340B optimization, and PBM/pharmacy benefit administration solutions.
