May River Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired RLE Technologies, a Fort Collins, Colorado provider of facility environment monitoring, fluid leak detection, and airflow management products. The acquisition—structured as a platform investment—will keep RLE's management team in place and positions May River to grow RLE's presence in data center and critical facilities monitoring.
