McGovern Automotive Group acquired Albany-based Capital Luxury Cars, including Capital Volvo Cars of Albany and Jaguar Land Rover Albany. Haig Partners served as the exclusive sell-side advisor and the seller was dealer principal Eric Kahn, who said he is focusing on his Friendly brand stores.
