McGriff Acquires Peak Health

McGriff, a subsidiary of BB&T Insurance Holdings (Truist), has acquired Peak Health, a Wilson, North Carolina-based provider of workplace health and wellness programs. The deal adds more than 50 employees and expands McGriff's employee benefits and health management capabilities—bringing onsite nurse-administered assessments, individual wellness coaching, and outcomes-based programs to its national well-being platform.
