Med-Metrix, LLC entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CanAide, Inc., a provider of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services and RCM automation solutions owned by HCAP Partners. The deal is intended to strengthen Med-Metrix’s fully integrated, end-to-end revenue cycle platform by expanding front-end patient access and improving revenue cycle performance for health system clients.
