LDC Acquires Medray Group from Erisbeg

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has invested in Medray Group, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services, marking an exit for Irish PE investor Erisbeg. The deal (subject to CCPC approval) will see LDC back Medray's management to pursue growth through sales investment, complementary acquisitions and expansion into additional imaging modalities across the UK and Ireland.

KG are combining their radiology software businesses to form a stronger group supported by majority investor Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU). The two founders, Jörg Dittrich and Elmar Kußmaul, retained significant stakes; Bregal plans to support geographic expansion, product development and extension into adjacent healthcare IT areas.

ADDvise Group AB Acquires Graham Medical Technologies (GraMedica)

ADDvise Group AB has acquired all outstanding shares of Graham Medical Technologies, LLC (GraMedica) in a deal that closed on September 15, 2021. The purchase price is approximately USD 5.8 million (USD 4.0 million initial payment plus up to USD 1.8 million in earn-outs); GraMedica reported 2020 revenue of about USD 3.35 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately USD 0.85 million. The acquisition is intended to broaden ADDvise's medical equipment and consumables portfolio and expand its geographic reach.

ADDvise Group AB Acquires Medisuite, LLC

ADDvise Group AB has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Medisuite, LLC, an online pharmacy based in Cary, North Carolina that specializes in men's health medications. The purchase price is approximately USD 10.3 million (combination of cash, a promissory note and potential earn-outs); closing is expected in August 2021 and the acquisition is financed with ADDvise's own funds.

MediFox and DAN Produkte Merge to Create MediFox DAN Group

Hg-backed MediFox has merged with DAN Produkte to form the MediFox DAN Group, combining two German care-software providers to strengthen solutions for outpatient and inpatient care providers. The transaction brings together software and industry expertise to improve responsiveness to regulatory change, service availability and product innovation, and the group will continue to consider further acquisitions.
