Medicus IT, a healthcare-focused managed services provider based in Alpharetta, Georgia, acquired PriorityOne Group, a healthcare managed IT services provider headquartered in Rutherford, New Jersey. The acquisition expands Medicus IT’s national presence—adding a New Jersey location and healthcare IT capabilities—and Nelson Gomes of PriorityOne will join the combined company as SVP of Business Development and General Manager of New Jersey.
