LyfeSci Research & Innovation, a Chicago-area full-service CRO, has acquired Clinically Media to bring patient recruitment capabilities in-house and expand end-to-end clinical trial execution. Clinically Media — a data-driven patient recruitment agency focused on dermatology, neurology, and psychiatry — will be integrated into LyfeSci's CRO services and operate under the LyfeSci brand to improve protocol feasibility, site selection, and enrollment optimization.

The acquisition expands MediSpend’s product portfolio and subject-matter expertise—bringing complementary SaaS and advisory capabilities into its PE-backed platform to better serve life sciences customers globally.

RLDatix Acquires Porzio Life Sciences from Porzio, Bromberg & Newman

Financial terms were not disclosed.
