MEI Industrial Solutions, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, has acquired Industrial Transfer & Storage, LLC (ITS) of Southbridge, Massachusetts. The add-on expands MEI's Northeast footprint (including a new presence in Rhode Island), adds steel fabrication and specialized storage/crating capabilities, and retains ITS leadership and workforce to ensure operational continuity.
