Midland Industries, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired Century Brass Products, a Long Island-based distributor of machined brass fittings, valves and related plumbing supplies. The deal expands Midland's product offering and geographic footprint in the plumbing wholesale channel and integrates Century Brass into Midland's manufacturing and distribution platform.
