Milestone Partners Forms Insure Homes and Recapitalizes Cypress Group Holdings

Milestone Partners formed Insure Homes Holdings LLC and invested in a recapitalization of Cypress Group Holdings, acquiring control of Cypress upon regulatory approvals. Insure Homes also acquired four affiliated insurance service businesses — Cornerstone Operations Group, Access Re, Vista Re and Allied Restoration — creating a vertically integrated, technology-enabled specialty homeowners insurance platform.
