Milhaus Acquires Broadshore Capital Partners

Milhaus, a national multifamily developer, owner and operator, completed a merger with SRG Residential and separately announced an agreement to acquire Broadshore Capital Partners, an institutional investment management and lending firm. The Broadshore acquisition is expected to close in late summer 2026 and is designed to expand Milhaus’ capabilities into investment management and debt/equity investing for institutional capital partners.
