Millennium Trust Company, LLC has acquired Benefit Resource, LLC (BRI), a provider of FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, commuter plans and COBRA administration, to expand its health, wealth, retirement and benefits offerings. BRI, headquartered in Rochester, New York, supports more than 400,000 participants across 5,500+ employer plans and has more than 200 employees; the acquisition is intended to broaden Millennium Trust's capabilities and SMB market reach.
