Milrose Consultants, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital, completed add-on acquisitions of JM Zoning and Project Expediters Consulting Corp. to expand its permitting, zoning and expediting capabilities and extend its national footprint. Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to support the transactions, and CriticalPoint served as financial advisor to Milrose.
