Sun Valley Investments AG completed a public offer to purchase 23,851,918 common shares of Mineros S.A. at COP 5,500 per share, acquiring the shares for COP 131,185,549,000 (approximately CAD $44.9M). The purchase increases Sun Valley’s ownership in Mineros from 57.42% to approximately 65.38%; Sun Valley says it will hold the shares for investment purposes and may further adjust or engage with the company over time.

Guanajuato Silver Acquires Bolanitos (Mina Bolañitos) from Endeavour Silver

The transaction is valued at up to US$50 million (US$40 million upfront — US$30 million cash and US$10 million in shares — plus US$10 million in contingent payments tied to production milestones) and adds a 1,600 tpd flotation plant adjacent to Guanajuato Silver's San Ignacio operation, supporting district-level processing integration and near-term production growth.
